CONTRACT CONDITIONS
CAN PINÓS DE GUIMERÀ TOURIST HOUSING
CAN PINÓS DE GUIMERÀ, hereinafter referred to as the owner, conditioned as a tourist accommodation with the official registration HUTL-077636 in the Tourism register of the Generalitat de Catalunya and for this reason fulfills all its requirements and obligations.
It is listed as tourist housing, in accordance with article 56 of Decree 159/2012 of November 20, on tourist accommodation establishments and housing for tourist use – hereinafter referred to as the Decree -, in relation to the article 49 of Law 13/2002, of June 21, on Tourism of Catalonia.
RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
– The reservation request can be made from the form in the reservations section of the website or by email to the email address canpinosdeguimera@gmail.com. The property will respond to this request within a maximum period of 24 hours. If this is not the case, it is understood that the reservation has not been accepted. The reservation request must state the number of people staying in the house.
– Once the reservation has been accepted by the property and in order to make it effective, an advance of 50% of the total amount of the stay must be made within 24 hours of receiving the email from the property accepting- la, by bank transfer to the account number that will be provided to you.
– The customer must send by email a copy of the bank transfer confirming the reservation.
Once the copy of the transfer has been sent, you will receive an email to confirm receipt within a maximum of three days.
It will be necessary to detail the exact number of adults, girls and children under 2 years of age who will stay in the house during the agreed days of stay at the time of formalizing the reservation.
It is not necessary for you to send your agreement to this document because when you send the reservation request form on the website, your acceptance of the Contract Conditions is already recorded in it.
-Payment of the remaining amount (50%) will be made by bank transfer to the account number provided, at least 72 hours before check-in. The establishment will deliver the corresponding invoice in accordance with article 21 of the Decree.
-The access code to enter the house will be provided later. The accommodation has a home automation service and allows non-person check-in and check-out.
– The total amount for the rental of CAN PINÓS DE GUIMERÀ with arrival on the day ……………….and departure on the day ………………is €………………..
PRICES AND CONDITIONS
The price includes:
– VAT
– Basic set for cooking (oil, salt, vinegar and sugar).
– Basic cleaning set (toilet paper, kitchen paper, cleaning kit, dishwasher tablets, etc.).
– Bed linen and a set of towels per person.
– Cot at no extra cost for children under two years of age
The price does not include:
The tourist tax which is a tax on overnight stays in tourist establishments. A fee of €1 per person over the age of 16 will apply for the first 7 nights. It will be paid in cash when you get home (bizum). Or if the customer prefers it is paid together with the reservation.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
-This accommodation is rented in its entirety (entire house).
-The accommodation will be occupied exclusively by the number of people booked.
-It will be necessary to detail exactly the number of adults and children under 2 years of age who will stay in the house during the days of stay agreed upon at the time of formalizing the reservation.
-A pet is accepted (prior notice). Please do not climb on furniture, beds or sofas to avoid damage.
-It is a smoke-free space, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
-Minimum stay of two nights, in case of one night check availability.
-Can Pinós de Guimerà has a firm commitment to the quality of your stay, for this reason, we ask you to enjoy it while preserving the rest of the neighbors. Rest hours from 10pm to 8am must be respected.
– It is forbidden to celebrate parties.
-The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the house. If they are found, the customer will be notified.
-In the event of any incident or damage, please let the property know so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.
– We would appreciate it if water, electricity and heating were used well. Especially when you leave, check that there are no appliances left running or taps open.
-The house must be left in acceptable cleanliness. Everything collected, empty fridge, clean kitchen utensils and crockery. Garbage must be taken out. Deep cleaning belongs to the property.
-Given the characteristics of the village, you cannot park inside and you must leave your car in the designated parking area.
-The customer will be thanked if every time they go out they check that the doors and windows are closed, to avoid problems due to inclement weather.
-The client must prove both his identity and that of his companions, with ID, Passport or equivalent documentation, and sign the necessary documents for registration. People staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia must be registered. (Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5, on the obligation to register and communicate to the General Directorate of the Police of people staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia) .
ENTRY AND EXIT HOURS:

Entry: Friday afternoon 4pm (other options to be agreed).
Departure: Sunday before 12:00 (other options to be agreed).
For full week booking:
Entry: Monday at noon from 4:00 p.m
Departure: Sunday before 12:00

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
In accordance with DECREE 159/2012, of 20 November, on tourist accommodation establishments and houses for tourist use of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the following cancellation regime will apply:
Cancellation made by the customer within ten days prior to the arrival date results in the following penalties:
a) Reservation for two or fewer days, 50% of the total price of the stay
b) Reservation for more than two days and up to seven days, 35% of the total price of the stay
c) Reservation for more than seven days, 25% of the total price of the stay
The above penalties are not applicable when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly documented.
The customer has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalty, as long as it is done before ten days before the arrival date.
*These regulations will be accepted with the confirmation of the reservation.
The customer who signs the check-in and accepts these Conditions of Contract is responsible for the correct behavior of all the people who accompany him. If this person or any of the companions does not behave in an appropriate and responsible manner, the owner is authorized to ask the customer and his companions to leave the establishment immediately without the customer being entitled to any kind of compensation.
The customer declares that he has read and understood the content of the Contract Conditions and undertakes to comply with them and to respect them during his stay in the property’s facilities.
